ToothShower X Turns Your Shower Into a Water Flossing Station

Nobody enjoys flossing. The whole thing just feels so extra. However, it’s also really necessary if you want to practice proper oral hygiene. That’s why water flossers have become very popular in recent years, as they let you clean through those tight gaps between the teeth with very little fuss. The ToothShower X makes water flossing even more convenient.

Unlike traditional water flossers that come as a separate device, this one is designed to integrate into your bathroom shower. That way, you can do your flossing at the same time you take your relaxing showers, making the whole process simpler while saving you precious time. Not to mention, all the water mess is confined to the shower, sparing you from the messy spatters that usually happen when you do your water flossing anywhere else.

The ToothShower X installs into the shower using a diverter valve that allows water to flow into the showerhead, but also adds a line to the water flosser assembly. That means, you’re using the same water pressure already in your pipes to provide pressure for the flosser, eliminating the need to connect to any power source. It comes with a wall-mounted module that you can use to mount the flosser and stash the included accessories when they’re not in use, allowing you to keep everything neat and tidy in one place.

To use it, simply pick up the handheld portion of the water flosser and attach any of the three included accessories, namely a standard flossing tip, a flossing toothbrush (so you can floss while you brush), and a gum massager that sends seven streams of flossing water all at once. From there, you turn the dial on the wall-mounted module to get the water flowing into the flosser and move it across your mouth, allowing the pressurized water to drive between the gaps in your teeth to clean them. It’s pretty straightforward.

A Kickstarter campaign is currently running for the ToothShower X. Pledges to reserve a unit starts at $99, with delivers slated for December later in the year. If you don’t want to wait that long, you can opt for an older version of the product currently available on Amazon.
