Fujifilm ZUH6000 UST Projector Uses a Rotatable Lens for Adjusting Beam Direction Without Moving the Device

Like other ultra-short-throw projectors, the Fujifilm ZUH6000 allows you to beam large images on the wall at relatively short distances, which simplifies the needed setup significantly. Unlike them, this 4K projector comes with a rotating lens that allows you to easily adjust the direction of the projected image without having to reposition the entire device.

Instead of having a lens mounted directly on the body of the projector, this one puts it on a “folded two-axial rotatable lens.” Basically, the lens is mounted on a small arm in front of the device that can turn and lock in within a 90-degree range, as well as swivel 360 degrees, for quickly adjusting the position of the projected image.

The Fujifilm ZUH6000 can beam 4K images up to 100 inches, allowing you to enjoy a massive screen without the need for complicated installation. Even better, the rotatable lens allows you to easily adjust where the image is projected, so you can throw it up on the wall out front, on the sides, or on the back, depending on your liking. That means, if you mounted the projector up a ceiling, you can change the layout of the room without having to take down the projector and install it somewhere else, since you can simply adjust the lens to send the images towards a different direction. It also boasts an optical zoom mechanism that lets you adjust the projected picture to compensate for the change in distance between surfaces, along with a lens shit function that can adjust the picture’s position up to 82 percent vertically and 35 percent horizontally.

According to the outfit, it uses an updated version of the outfit’s optical engine, which has been tuned for better color reproduction and smoother gradation expression compared to the outfit’s current projector models. It’s also exceptionally bright, boasting a whopping 6,000 lumens, which should make its projected images enjoyable to watch even in well-lit rooms.

The Fujifilm ZUH6000 is slated to hit store shelves in June. No pricing has been given, but with all those features announced, this will most likely fall into the luxury gift category.
