Bravestorming M Note Puts a Reusable Sticky Note on a Plastic Frame for Even More Versatile Function

Sticky notes are plenty useful, whether for school, work, or just keeping your life organized at home. They’re just a convenient way to leave notes, reminders, and all sorts of other stuff. If you use them frequently, though, you can through a stack pretty fast, which leads to quite a bit of expense and a whole lot of waste. The Bravestroming M Note looks to replace the traditional sticky notes with something more reusable.

Like traditional sticky notes, this comes with a writing surface out front and adhesive in the back that lets you stick it to walls, monitor bezels, and all sorts of other stuff. Unlike them, it uses dry-erase board as a writing surface, making it reusable as many times as you want.

The Bravestorming M Note actually consists of two parts: a small dry-erase pad and a plastic frame that holds it securely. Why not just put adhesive on the back of the dry-erase pad like Rocketbook did with their reusable sticky notes? Most likely, it’s because adhesive eventually wears off, which limits the reusability of the pad. As such, they use a plastic frame with micro-suction strips in the back, which not only sticks to practically any surface, but can simply be rinsed with water to restore its grip once it starts getting dirty. It also comes with built-in magnets along the sides, so you can simply snap it onto ferromagnetic surfaces (e.g. fridge doors) for even more streamlined use.

The writing pad, by the way, can work with any traditional dry-erase marker, so you can write on it and remove later with an eraser. Alternatively, you can spritz a little water on the writing surface and wipe any writing off with a cloth. If the large tips of traditional markers aren’t your kind of thing for sticky notes, the outfit recommends using the Staedtler Correctable Lumocolor Pen, which has a ballpoint-like writing tip and an integrated eraser on the end plug.

The Bravestorming M Note has a removable dry-erase pad, by the way, so you can take it off and replace it with a different pad, in case you mistakenly used a permanent marker on it while stressed out during a hectic day at the office. They also sell an optional accessory called M Pocket, which you can put in the frame in place of the writing pad. This pocket is, basically, just a plastic container that you can use to hold photos, calling cards, and whatever other items you want to display in place of your notes. Additionally, you can use the magnets on the sides of the frame to connect two or more of these to create a freestanding structure, so you can use it like a desk calendar or a mini picture frame.

Three sizes of the reusable sticky notes are available. The smallest measures just 48 x 14mm (width x height), the medium one comes in at 42 x 52 mm, and the largest measures 80 x 83 mm. Basically, the offerings are pretty similar to your typical sticky note sizes, so they should take up just as much space as you’re used to.

A Kickstarter campaign is currently running for the Bravestorming M Note. You can reserve an 11-piece set for pledges starting at $24.
