That’s right, this large backyard griddle comes with a built-in airfyer, so you can cook your sides the same time you’re making your burgers. Whether you want to want to enjoy your burgers with a side of fries, fried potato slices, or onion rings, this thing lets you make them without having to shuttle back and forth between the backyard and the kitchen.

You’ve got the main cooker up top with a lid covering it, held up on a freestanding rack with built-in casters for moving it around. The griddle plate measures 35.75 x 21.5 inches, giving you 768 square inches of cooking space, making it big enough to cook for an entire party. According to the outfit, it has speedy preheat and recovery times, ensuring you can get started cooking in short order.
Four separate cooking zones divide the griddle into four vertically-oriented panels, each of which can be controlled independently using the four temperature knobs below. That means, you can cook four different dishes simultaneously on the same griddle – just line them up in their own columns and you’re set. It comes with a flip-up hood cover for those times you want to lock in the heat, complete with an X-brace underneath the lid, which, the outfit claims, increases rigidity to help protect the griddle surface between uses.
What sets the Blackstone Iron Forged Griddle Airfryer Combo apart, of course, is the inclusion of a built-in airfyer in the rack that you can use to fry, roast, and bake other food items while you sear burgers, sausages, and steaks on the griddle.
